Loans to someone else’s card
How to get a loan on someone else’s bank card?
To receive a microloan on a card without refusal, it must meet several requirements:
- Personalized credit or debit card
- Current validity period
Verification occurs in two ways – visually and through verification. In the first case, the MFO asks you to send a photo of the front side of the plastic, which shows the last four digits of the number, date, last name and first name of the client. Verification involves writing off a small amount with a further refund. This procedure allows you to link card data to the borrower’s personal account and automatically checks its compliance with the required parameters.
The law obliges the lender to identify the individuals who apply to the company. A passport is required for this. The financial instrument must correspond to the specified passport data; you cannot use other people’s cards, accounts, or wallets. That is, the MFO must make sure that the money goes to the borrower who signed the agreement.
The only way to get a mini-loan on someone else’s card is to ask a relative or friend who trusts you to receive money in your name and on your card. That is, another person simply takes out a microloan for himself and transfers the received amount to you. Then the MFO will not have any questions. Another advantage of this option is that a new client can take out the first loan without interest on the promotion.
At the same time, debt repayment is allowed with any card, regardless of whose name it was issued in. The online transfer is credited instantly. This is convenient if you need to make a payment urgently so as not to fall behind.
Responsibility for applying for a loan on someone else’s card
Receiving money on a card that does not belong to the borrower can lead to the following consequences:
- Refusal to issue a loan
- Blacklisting the client’s name
- Criminal prosecution under the article “Fraud” if a microloan is issued on a third party’s card without his consent
Which MFOs give money to someone else’s card?
All MFCs and MCCs check the personal information that the potential borrower left in the application form with the data of the passport and linked card. In most cases, this happens automatically, so someone else’s card will be immediately detected. This may cause refusal.
