Loan without subscriptions and paid services
Paid services and subscriptions are additional services that the client has the right to refuse not only when concluding an agreement, but also after payment. If a borrower wants to take out a loan urgently, the company cannot force him to purchase unnecessary options; this is against the law.

Fill out the automatic subscription deactivation form online on the microfinance company’s website
Contact the service provider directly with a free-form application containing a request for a refund
You can disable insurance and other unnecessary options with a full refund of the money paid during the cooling-off period, which lasts 14 days after the conclusion of the contract. The company must return the entire amount within 10 days. If you send the application later, the amount of compensation depends on how much time has passed and whether the client used the service.
